1 cup Organic rolled stabilised oats
1/2 cup Australian fruit mix
1/4 cup Organic maple syrup
1/4 cup Organic raw almonds, roughly chopped
2-3 tablespoons Organic pumpkin seeds
1 teaspoon Ground cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon Ground ginger
1/2 teaspoon Ground cardamom
Pinch of salt
Pre-heat your oven to 180 degrees and line a slice tray with baking paper.
In a large bowl, mix all of the ingredients together.
Spoon mixture onto lined slice tray and spread out evenly. Bake for 10-15 minutes or until golden.
Enjoy sprinkled over fruit and yoghurt, smoothie bowls and oat bowls… or just enjoy the crunch on its own!
